Havertz leaves camp to complete Chelsea deal.

German international Kai Havertz has left German national team camp to complete his transfer to English side Chelsea, according to reports.

The 21-year-old will now undergo a medical and complete a switch to Stamford Bridge, with the move set to be announced in the next 24 hours.

Leverkusen tweeted, "Kai Havertz has left the Stuttgart headquarters of the German national team to clarify matters surrounding a potential move to Chelsea. This took place after a discussion with Bayer 04 and DFB leadership."

The attacker will sign a five year deal at the London club in deal worth £72m which may rise up to £90m with add ons.

Kai Havertz will be Chelsea's sixth signing of the summer.
